Job summary

AFFIRM, INC. is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager (Senior TAM, L6) to own operational health across a strategic alliance portfolio.

You will monitor, troubleshoot, and ensure SLA delivery, while partnering with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to translate merchant goals into technical solutions. In this remote-first role, you will grow into end-to-end account ownership, design custom integration solutions on top of standard integrations, mentor junior TAMs, and lead

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a technical, external-facing role such as Technical Account Management, Solutions/Partner Engineering, or Solutions Architecture.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, webhooks, and HTTP.
• Ability to read production-level code (HTML, JavaScript, SQL, Python).
• Strong project management and cross-team collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the operational aspect of technical account management across affirm's strategic alliance portfolio—alerting, monitoring, troubleshooting, and fielding technical inquiries.
• Deliver against SLAs and surface technical risks proactively.
• Conduct in-depth investigations and root-cause analysis across logs and integrations.
• Drive cross-functional launches and integration optimizations that increase account value.
• Design and deliver high-scope, custom integration solutions atop standard integrations.
