Cox Fleet is seeking a Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist/Corporate Recruiter to lead recruitment for mobile technicians, admins, call center roles and more across the US.

This is a high-visibility role requiring proactive candidate hunting and strong relationship building with hiring managers. You will design and execute location-based recruitment strategies, source candidates through multiple channels, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 4 years' experience in a related field.
• Strong sourcing skills with a track record of passive candidate identification.
• Results-focused with follow-up to candidates and hiring teams.
• Consultative and polished approach; executive recruiting experience preferred.
