Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline with 4+ years recruiting experience.
• Strong sourcing skills with passive candidate networks.
• Results-driven with ability to drive process and provide follow-up.
• Executive recruiting experience and staffing agency exposure preferred.
• Excellent interviewing and active listening skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
