Cox Fleet, the largest and fastest growing independent mobile maintenance service provider in the US, is seeking a Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist/Corporate Recruiter to join the team in a high-impact role.

You will build a robust talent pipeline, interview and hire across roles from technicians to admin, and partner with leadership on recruitment strategies. Bring a strong background in executive recruiting or staffing agencies, exceptional interviewing skills, and the ability to manage

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline with 4 years' related experience required; master's/PhD with varying experience also acceptable.
• Strong sourcing skills with proven passive candidate strategies.
• Results-driven with ability to drive recruiting processes and provide timely follow-up.
• Highly consultative and polished approach to recruiting, with executive search experience preferred.
• Experience in executive recruiting and staffing agencies for skilled roles with sales/marketing backgrounds.
• Excellent interviewing practices, active listening, and people skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.

Responsibilities

• Find, interview, and hire exceptional talent for the organization focusing on quality over quantity.
• Treat each placement as if hiring for your own company.
• Design, develop, and execute recruitment strategies based on business/location needs.
• Source and qualify candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and other tools to build a strong pipeline.
• Cultivate relationships with candidates to maintain a high-quality pipeline.
• Set clear expectations with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring top customer satisfaction.
• Ensure recruitment practices comply with federal, state, and local laws including background checks.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve efficiency and productivity in recruitment and talent development.
• Assess internal and external resources and recommend optimal solutions for recruiting demands.
