Cox Fleet in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist/Corporate Recruiter to join its growing team.

You will lead recruitment for a range of roles from mobile technicians to administrative staff, building an expansive candidate pipeline and partnering with leaders to fill critical positions. The role demands relentless drive to network, exceptional interviewing skills, and a consultative approach.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline with 4 years of experience.
• Strong sourcing skills and ability to identify passive candidates.
• Results-driven with the ability to drive recruitment processes.
• Executive recruiting and staffing agency experience preferred.
• Excellent interviewing skills and active listening.

Responsabilidades

• Find, interview, and hire exceptional talent with focus on quality over quantity.
• Design, develop, and execute recruitment strategies based on location needs.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, networking, and other tools to build a strong pipeline.
• Cultivate relationships to maintain a high-quality candidate pipeline.
• Set clear expectations with hiring managers and candidates; ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with laws including background checks and drug screening.
• Identify efficiency improvements in recruitment and talent development with leadership.
• Assess internal and external recruiting resources and propose solutions.
