You will own full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and interviewing to offer, across diverse roles including technicians, admins, and call center staff. The role emphasizes high-impact recruiting strategies, candidate relationship management, and collaboration with leadership to meet growth needs while ensuring compliance with applicable laws

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with related experience.
• Executive recruiting experience preferred.
• Strong sourcing and passive candidate strategies.
• Ability to manage multiple searches and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Find, interview, and hire top talent with focus on quality.
• Design and execute recruitment strategies based on needs.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and tools.
• Build and maintain a high-quality candidate pipeline.
• Set expectations with hiring managers and candidates; ensure compliance.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in related discipline

Master’s degree with 2 years experience

Ph.D. with up to 1 year experience
