Cox Fleet, the largest mobile maintenance provider in the US, seeks a Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist/Corporate Recruiter to support rapid growth across 43 states. You will lead recruitment for roles from technicians to admin, building a robust candidate network and partnering with leadership.

The role emphasizes strategic sourcing, candidate experience, and compliance with hiring laws. Base salary is competitive with incentives based on location and performance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree and 4 years’ related experience; alternative combinations allowed (Master’s +2 years, PhD + up to 1 year, or 8 years).
• Strong sourcing skills with a track record of identifying passive candidates.
• Focus on results; drive recruiting processes and provide timely follow-up to candidates and hiring teams.
• Executive recruiting experience and staffing agency background with Sales/Marketing exposure is preferred.
