Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field; 4+ years in recruiting or Executive Recruiting/Staffing Agency.
• Strong sourcing skills with innovative strategies to identify passive candidates.
• Results-driven with ability to manage recruiting process and follow up with candidates and teams.
• Highly consultative and professional approach to recruiting; technical/IT/finance knowledge helpful.

Responsibilities

• Find, interview, and hire talent for multiple roles across locations with focus on quality over quantity.
• Design, develop, and execute recruitment strategies based on business needs.
• Source and qualify candidates via job boards, social media, networking, and other tools to build a strong pipeline.
• Cultivate relationships with candidates and hiring managers to ensure high satisfaction and timely fills.
