Cox Fleet is seeking a Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist/Corporate Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment across multiple locations. You will build a robust candidate pipeline, conduct interviews, and partner with leadership to fill a variety of roles from mobile technicians to administrative staff.

The role requires strong sourcing skills, a consultative approach, and the ability to navigate fast-paced recruiting environments, including executive search experiences and staffing partnerships.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field plus 4+ years of related experience; alternative combos accepted (master’s 2 years, PhD up to 1 year, or 8 years experience).
• Strong sourcing skills with focus on identifying passive candidates.
• Ability to drive recruitment processes and provide timely follow-up to candidates and hiring teams.
• Consultative, professional approach to recruiting; experience in executive recruiting and staffing agencies is highly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Find, interview, and hire top talent with focus on quality over quantity.
• Design, develop, and execute recruitment strategies tailored to business and location needs.
• Source and qualify candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and other tools to build a strong pipeline.
• Cultivate relationships to grow and manage a high-quality candidate pool; align expectations with hiring managers.
