Job summary

Cox Fleet, the largest and fastest growing independent mobile maintenance service provider in the US, seeks a Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist/Corporate Recruiter to drive end-to-end recruitment across multiple roles.

You will build a robust pipeline, partner with leadership, and ensure compliant, efficient hiring practices across 43 states. You will design strategies, source candidates across platforms, and hire top talent for mobile technicians, administrative roles, call centers, and more as

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline (required).
Strong sourcing skills with a track record of identifying passive candidates.
Focus on results and driving the recruiting process with timely follow-up.
Highly consultative and polished approach to recruitment.
Experience in executive recruiting and staffing agency placements is a plus.
Excellent interviewing practices, active listening, and people skills.

Responsibilities

Find, interview, and hire exceptional talent with focus on quality.
Design, develop, and execute recruitment strategies based on business needs.
Source and qualify candidates via job boards, social media, networking, and tools.
Cultivate relationships to build a high-quality candidate pipeline.
Set clear expectations with hiring managers and candidates; maintain high customer satisfaction.
Ensure recruiting processes comply with federal, state, and local laws.
