Cox Fleet is seeking a Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist/Corporate Recruiter to join our team in overseeing recruitment across mobile maintenance technicians, call center representatives, and administrative roles.

You will drive quality hires and build a robust candidate pipeline across multiple locations. You will design strategies, source candidates via job boards, social media, and networks; partner with hiring managers; ensure compliance with employment laws; and contribute to rapid growth

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 4 years’ experience in a related field.
Strong sourcing skills with a track record of identifying passive candidates.
Focus on results and driving recruitment processes.
Executive recruiting or staffing agency experience with Sales/Marketing background preferred.
Excellent interviewing and active listening skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
