Qualificações

• 7+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience in construction/electrical/energy industries.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong interviewing, sourcing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Workday Recruit is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end recruiting cycle for specific regions or departments at Rosendin.
• Source, screen, interview, extend offers, and perform reference checks.
• Develop and update job descriptions with the business and compensation teams.
• Build a diverse candidate pipeline via referrals, social media, and events.
