Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-life cycle recruitment for regular, temporary, and part-time roles. You will own the hiring process from sourcing to offer, and build relationships with leadership to support workforce growth.

This role emphasizes proactive sourcing and compliant, confidential handling of information. Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of recruitment experience, experience with HRIS/ATS (Taleo preferred), and strong communication

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• PHR/SHRM-CP certifications a plus
• Minimum 3 years’ recruitment experience
• Experience with an HRIS and ATS database; Taleo preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire hiring process from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Develop and execute recruiting programs and strategies to fill openings and build a candidate pipeline.
• Build relationships with leadership and partner throughout recruiting process.
• Network and prospect passive candidates across markets.
• Maintain applicant files and comply with company policies and regulations.
