Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-life cycle recruitment for regular, temporary, full-time or part-time roles. You will source, screen, and guide candidates through offers while partnering with leadership to build a healthy talent pipeline.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• HR certifications such as PHR or SHRM-CP are a plus.
• Minimum 3 years’ recruitment experience.
• Experience with an HRIS and ATS database; Taleo preferred.
• Combination of training, education and experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Managing the entire hiring process from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Developing, implementing, and executing recruiting programs to fill openings and build a candidate pipeline.
• Building relationships with leadership and acting as a recruiting partner before, during, and after the process.
• Networking, cold calling, and deep diving passive candidate networks across markets.
• Handling confidential information professionally and maintaining privacy and confidentiality.
• Interacting with management, employees, applicants, and vendors.
• Managing college recruitment programs from events to company representation.
• Posting jobs, communicating with applicants, resumes management, interview scheduling.
• Maintaining applicant files in line with policies and regulations.
• Retaining records per company retention requirements.
• Developing relationships with recruiting contacts in the community.
• Creating and maintaining compliance reporting and immigration support (H1B).
