Rosendin is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full life cycle recruitment for regular, temporary, full-time, or part-time roles. You will build strong relationships with leaders and manage postings, resumes, interviews, and compliance across the organization.

Bring 3+ years of recruitment experience, strong sourcing skills, and discretion. Travel up to 20% is required, with a competitive benefits package and opportunities for growth as a shareholder in a leading electrical contractor.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certifications a plus.

• Manage entire hiring process from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Develop and execute recruiting programs to fill openings.
• Partner with leadership teams throughout recruitment cycle.
• Network and build relationships with passive candidates.
