Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to partner with regional leaders, shaping recruitment strategies to attract top talent while supporting Rosendin’s growth across key projects.

You will own end-to-end recruiting, craft search strategies, manage candidates through the offer stage, and build a diverse pipeline in collaboration with HR and business leaders. This role requires 7+ years of experience in construction/engineering-related recruiting and strong

Qualificações

• 7+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience in construction/electrical/MEP/energy sectors.
• Strong interviewing, stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Workday Recruit.

Responsabilidades

• Own and drive the recruiting cycle for regions or departments.
• Create search strategies, source candidates, screen and interview.
• Extend offers, close candidates and perform reference checks.
• Develop job descriptions with business and compensation teams.
• Manage roles in Workday Recruit and maintain data integrity.
• Build diverse candidate pipelines through multiple sources.
• Maintain regular requisition status updates for managers and HR Partners.
• Attend industry events to promote Rosendin and build pipelines.
