Requirements include 7+ years in full lifecycle recruiting in construction/electrical sectors, a BA/BS, strong interviewing and negotiation skills, and LinkedIn Recruiter expertise.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience in construction/electrical/MEP/energy industries.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong behavioral and skills-based interviewing abilities.
• Experience with Workday Recruit ATS.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the recruiting cycle for specific regions or departments.
• Create search strategies, source candidates, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates.
• Extend offers, close candidates and perform reference checks.
