Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to drive full-life cycle recruitment across regular, temporary, full-time, and part-time roles.

You will source candidates, build strong relationships with leaders, and manage college recruitment programs. You will coordinate events, maintain compliant records, and assist with immigration processes, while upholding confidentiality and leveraging Rosendin's ESOP culture.

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• HR certifications such as PHR or SHRM-CP are a plus.

Aufgaben

• Manage the entire hiring process from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Develop and execute recruiting programs to fill openings and build pipelines.
• Build relationships with leadership and act as a recruiting partner.
• Coordinate college recruitment programs and events as a company representative.
• Maintain applicant files and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Assist in immigration (H-1B) processes.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
