Job summary

Rosendin, a leading electrical contractor, seeks a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full lifecycle recruitment for key regions. You will partner with hiring leaders to design tailored sourcing strategies, manage the candidate journey, and close top talent across construction and energy sectors.

You will use Workday Recruit, build a robust talent pipeline, and collaborate with HR Partners to align with long-term business goals.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience in construction, electrical, AEC, MEP, utility-scale renewables, Power or Energy industries
• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
• Strong ability to conduct behavioral and skills-based interviews
• Hands-on experience with full lifecycle recruiting
• Familiarity with HR databases and ATS (Workday Recruit strongly preferred)
• Must have strong command of LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing hard-to-find talent
• Excellent interpersonal, written and negotiation skills
• Ability to work with regionally dispersed teams and work independently
• Experience identifying and hiring talent in construction/engineering/electrical industries

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the recruiting cycle for specific regions or departments at Rosendin, including search strategies, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting candidates
• Extend offers, close candidates and perform reference checks
• Develop and update job descriptions in collaboration with the business and compensation team
• Create and manage roles in Workday Recruit
• Update priority jobs posting list weekly
• Understand Rosendin's business to support Talent Acquisition strategies
• Identify and assess diverse candidate pools using multiple sourcing channels
• Assess knowledge, skills, and experience against job requirements
• Provide regular updates to managers, hiring managers and HR Partners
• Build influential candidate relationships and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process
• Attend industry, diversity and college career events to promote the company
• Maintain requisition data in the applicant tracking system
