Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Sourcer to lead proactive candidate search, engage passive talent, and collaborate with regional hiring managers to fulfill critical openings.

This role requires strong sourcing skills and deep knowledge of recruitment tools and pipelines. You will partner with recruiters to calibrate candidate profiles, manage outreach campaigns, and deliver high-quality candidates across multiple regions, supporting Rosendin’s growth and project

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree preferred in HR, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ sourcing, talent acquisition, or recruiting experience.
• Experience with ATS databases and mining; Workday preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute search plans to identify qualified candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and candidate profiles.
• Proactively source passive candidates using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean strings, and campaigns.
• Engage candidates through cold outreach via email, text, and calls.
• Provide regular pipeline updates and recruitment metrics to the team.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future openings.
