OLSA Resources, Inc. is seeking a recruiter to manage the full lifecycle of hiring. You will partner with hiring managers, source candidates creatively, and oversee the requisition process to ensure timely, compliant placements.

Responsibilities include posting openings, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and recommending candidates while maintaining AA compliance and efficient workflows in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional recruiting experience.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
