Job summary

HireTalent is seeking a driven Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process across the organization. You will source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates while partnering with hiring managers to meet workforce needs.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable handling multiple requisitions, building relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
• Experience sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting candidates.
• Strong knowledge of recruiting techniques and candidate sourcing methods.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake through offer acceptance and onboarding.
• Create and post job advertisements across appropriate recruiting platforms.
• Source candidates through job boards, professional networks, internet searches, databases, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct candidate interviews.
• Evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications.
• Facilitate offer discussions and assist with compensation negotiations.
• Extend employment offers and support onboarding activities.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment documentation.
• Manage multiple open positions and competing priorities simultaneously.
• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and leaders.
