OpenLoop is seeking a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner to own full-cycle recruiting for a portfolio of roles across commercial and G&A teams.

This senior role is fully remote, partnering with hiring managers to shape searches, build pipelines, and guide decisions using market data and compensation insights. You will source across functions, engage passive candidates, and lead screens and interviews while growing into executive-level recruiting over time.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with strong sourcing foundation.
• Ability to recruit across functions and levels and manage multiple searches.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for searches from intake through close.
• Partner with hiring managers to shape searches and define success.
• Build pipelines via proactive sourcing and warm networks.
• Engage passive candidates with credible outreach and deep business understanding.
• Lead initial screens and guide interviews, debriefs, and decisions.
