Job summary

Ognomy Sleep is seeking a high-impact Talent Acquisition professional to own full-cycle recruiting across every function, sourcing, screening, and closing candidates in a lean environment without a large team or agency budget to lean on.

This role will drive high-volume clinician hiring and also support hiring across corporate functions such as sales, product, engineering, and G&A. You will build strong processes for pre-boarding and onboarding to ensure successful integrations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of clinical recruiting experience.
• 5+ years in talent acquisition, with agency or startup background a plus.
• Proven relationship management with hiring managers.
• Proven sourcing methods using paid and earned media.
• Experience using Lever as an ATS and its automation features.

Responsibilities

• Run full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and timelines.
• Build sourcing pipelines via direct outreach and referrals.
• Structure and negotiate offers across entities and states.
• Design interview processes, scorecards, and work-sample assessments.
• Own recruiting metrics and report to leadership.
• Identify leaner processes, automation, and tooling to reach hiring goals.
• Support onboarding and pre-boarding activities for new hires.
