Qualifications

  • 3+ years of full-cycle corporate or in-house recruiting experience.
  • Experience recruiting across professional, operational, technical and leadership roles.
  • Experience using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter and modern sourcing platforms.
  • AI-assisted recruiting technologies or sourcing tools a plus.
  • Strong relationship-building and consultative partnership with hiring leaders.
  • Excellent communication, organization and project management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously with high quality.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion and customer service.
  • Adaptable, collaborative and solutions-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment from intake to offer and onboarding.
  • Partner with leaders to understand needs, priorities and role requirements.
  • Develop sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networks, boards and channels.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs.
  • Screen, assess and interview candidates and present qualified talent.
  • Coordinate interviews, enable hiring decisions and manage offers.
  • Deliver a high-quality candidate experience with timely communication.
  • Provide market insights and recruiting recommendations to hiring teams.
  • Track activity and metrics; propose process improvements.
  • Collaborate with HR and leaders on talent initiatives and compliance.
  • Stay current on recruiting tech, sourcing trends and best practices.

Job description

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join a collaborative Human Resources team. This individual will lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across a variety of professional and operational functions while serving as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from intake meetings through offer acceptance and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring leaders to understand business needs, hiring priorities, and position requirements.
  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, professional organizations, job boards, and additional talent channels.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs.
  • Screen, assess, and interview candidates while presenting qualified talent to hiring teams.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling, facilitate hiring decisions, and manage the offer process.
  • Deliver a high-quality candidate experience through consistent communication and timely follow-up.
  • Provide market insights, talent trends, and recruiting recommendations to support effective hiring decisions.
  • Track recruiting activity and performance metrics while identifying opportunities to improve recruiting processes.
  • Partner with Human Resources and business leaders on talent acquisition initiatives and continuous process improvements.
  • Ensure recruiting practices remain compliant with employment laws, company policies, and industry best practices.
  • Stay current on emerging recruiting technologies, sourcing strategies, and talent acquisition trends.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Three or more years of full-cycle corporate or in-house recruiting experience.
  • Experience recruiting for a variety of professional, operational, technical, and leadership positions.
  • Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and modern sourcing platforms.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted recruiting technologies or sourcing tools is a plus.
  • Strong relationship-building and consultative partnership skills with hiring leaders.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and project management abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality and responsiveness.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, attention to detail, and customer service.
