SEO (Sponsors for Educational Opportunity) seeks a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition in New York to own full-time and seasonal hiring, partnering with People & Culture and program teams. You’ll drive process improvements, vendor relationships, and data-driven decisions to build strong talent pipelines.

The role requires managing high-volume recruitment, SOPs, onboarding, and compliant processes, with a hybrid schedule in NYC.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; nonprofit experience preferred.
• 3-5 years of high-volume talent recruitment and operations.
• In-house TA management within a nonprofit preferred.
• Familiarity with FLSA, Fair Chance Act, pay equity laws.
• Occasional evenings for SEO events may be required.

Mansioni

• Own end-to-end recruitment for full-time and seasonal staff.
• Develop talent pipelines using outreach, referrals, CRM, and events.
• Conduct interviews, lead hiring events, and candidate engagement.
• Develop SOPs, templates, and onboarding materials; ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with program teams on headcount and hiring projections.
• Manage Greenhouse ATS and Monday.com configurations and issues.
• Produce TA dashboards and reports; monitor key metrics.
