You will manage a small TA team, partner with executives, and drive metrics, processes, and systems to support growth. 125-160k with bonus; on-site five days a week in NYC, with travel as needed.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of recruiting experience in services or related industries.
• Ideally, accounting/finance or audit foundation.
• Proven success recruiting for leadership and advisory roles.
• Experience building recruiting functions and direct sourcing.
• Strong recruiting analytics, pipeline mgmt, and process improvement.
• Demonstrated leadership with mentoring recruiting teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience with ATS, CRM, and recruiting technologies.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with travel.
