Job summary

You will partner with hiring managers, build diverse candidate pipelines, and leverage AI-enabled tools to improve sourcing and decision-making.

Ideal candidates have 5–10 years of experience, strong communication and stakeholder management skills, and experience with an ATS (Workday preferred).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5–10 years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Ability to build diverse pipelines and partner with hiring managers.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for professional and corporate roles, including sourcing, interviewing, offer development and onboarding support.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Build and maintain proactive candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, referrals, and external channels while promoting inclusive hiring practices.
• Ensure recruiting processes are accurate, compliant, and data-informed by monitoring metrics and optimizing workflows.
• Leverage recruiting technology and AI-enabled tools to streamline processes and improve candidate engagement.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across Talent Acquisition.
