SEO in New York is seeking a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition to own end-to-end recruitment for full-time staff and seasonal/part-time roles, partnering with hiring managers across SEO and with Teaching & Learning and Program Operations teams to meet high-volume needs.

You will design and maintain SOPs, build and nurture talent pipelines, manage vendors and onboarding, and deliver data-driven insights through dashboards and reports while ensuring compliance and a positive candidate experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, nonprofit/education background preferred.

Responsabilités

• Own and execute high-volume, full-cycle recruitment for Seasonal/Instructional and part-time temporary staff.
• Perform full-cycle recruitment for full-time positions across departments.
• Coach hiring managers on job descriptions and assessment tools.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Director on staffing strategies and partnerships.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines and onboarding processes.
• Track and analyze TA metrics and maintain recruiter playbooks and SOPs.
