Job summary

Dealpath is seeking a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead our hiring engine, own strategy, and personally drive critical searches for 50% of time. You will guide two contract recruiters, shape vendor strategy and metrics, and partner with executives on role definitions and compensation decisions.

You will coach interviewers, implement AI-augmented sourcing, and ensure bias checks while maintaining a high-performance, inclusive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of recruiting experience, including senior leadership hires.
• Experience hiring across a mix of go-to-market and technical roles at a growth-stage B2B SaaS company.
• Hands-on with AI tools in recruiting while avoiding bias and ensuring compliance.
• Experience leading recruiters, contractors, or agency partners.
• Proven ability to build structured interviewing, scorecards, and ATS workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own Talent Acquisition strategy, operating model, and annual hiring plan with leadership.
• Lead our most critical searches, including senior leadership and hard-to-fill roles.
• Coach the team of two contract recruiters and set clear goals and priorities.
• Manage recruiting vendor and agency relationships and budgets.
• Partner with hiring managers on role definition, job descriptions, and interview plans.
• Lead offers and closing conversations for senior/executive candidates.
• Own Greenhouse workflows and monthly metrics reporting to leadership.
• Advise leadership on talent market conditions and compensation tradeoffs.
• Shape an inclusive candidate experience and employer brand with Marketing.
