Qualifications

• Minimum of 8-10 years of Talent Acquisition experience in high-volume environments.
• Bachelor's degree required; PHR or SHRM certification required.
• Strong business partnership and consultative skills with the ability to influence leaders.
• Strong technical acumen and the ability to leverage HR technology, recruiting platforms, data, and analytics.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
