Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of recruiting experience in-house, agency, or mixed.
• Experience leading professional-level searches across diverse areas.
• Strong full-cycle recruiting knowledge and TA best practices.
• Ability to earn credibility with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent project management, organization, and communication.
• Familiarity with HR tech platforms; BambooHR desirable.
• Willingness to grow into broader HR responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate recruitment across affiliated organizations.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR leadership to define needs and strategies.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, onboarding.
• Develop relationships with external search firms and oversee progress.
• Track recruiting metrics, timelines, and activity for efficiency.
• Ensure best-in-class candidate experience with proactive communication.
• Collaborate with HR on onboarding and organizational projects.
• Assist with workforce planning and workforce analytics.
