Job summary

Success Academy Charter Schools is seeking a Senior Director of Talent Acquisition to run the day-to-day non-instructional, corporate, and arts & athletics recruiting at a high-velocity, metrics-driven level. You will manage a bench of Leads and managers, set performance targets, and drive the recruitment engine with daily activity, pipeline, and quality-of-hire focus.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in recruiting/talent acquisition, including 4+ years leading recruiters through managers in a high-volume, metrics-driven environment.
• Proven track record leading a high-velocity recruiting engine in fast-growth settings.
• Hands-on across the full recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing through close.
• Fluency with a modern recruiting tech stack (Greenhouse strongly preferred; GEM, BrightHire, or similar).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day leadership, execution, and results across non-instructional, corporate, and arts & athletics recruiting.
• Run like a high-performing sales organization: set activity targets, monitor pipeline and quality-of-hire metrics, coach teams.
• Hire and develop a bench of Leads and managers; maintain high performance and quick feedback cycles.
• Forecast hiring demand and set capacity/headcount plans; reallocate resources to hit volume goals.
• Partner with TA leadership to build Florida team and operations.
