SEO (Sponsors for Educational Opportunity) in New York City seeks a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition to own end-to-end hiring for full-time staff and seasonal/part-time roles. You will partner with hiring managers across SEO to design scalable processes and drive data-informed decisions across the TA function.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; nonprofit education background preferred.
• 3-5 years of direct experience with high-volume talent recruitment and operations.
• Experience with nonprofit recruitment and staffing regulations is a plus.
• Familiarity with HR tech stacks and compliance review processes.

Aufgaben

• Oversee high-volume, full-cycle recruitment for Seasonal/Instructional and part-time staff.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines via outreach, referrals, and events.
• Conduct interviews, lead hiring events, and support candidate engagement.
• Partner with program teams to develop hiring timelines and maintain SOPs, templates, and forms.
• Manage S/I hiring in Greenhouse ATS and Monday.com, ensuring data accuracy.
• Audit collateral and support compliance reviews with P&C partners.
