GovCIO is seeking a Senior Subcontracts Administrator (Specialist/Lead) to join our Subcontracts Team. The role is fully remote within the United States and requires a Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience (or a Master’s with 6+ years).

You will manage full life cycle subcontract activities, support the VETS sector, and drive strategy with cross-functional teams. The position offers a competitive salary in the $110k–$130k range and a variety of perks.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience or a Master’s with 6+ years of experience.
• Experience complying with CPSRs policies and procedures.
• Experience in subcontracting with emphasis on negotiation and performance management.
• Strong knowledge of federal subcontracting and negotiation techniques.
• Working knowledge of the FAR and DFARS.
• Experience with Deltek CostPoint ERP and proposal support activities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and strong communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Administer full life cycle subcontract management activities across programs.
• Support the VETS sector and develop strategy for competitions and negotiations.
• Ensure subcontract files meet Authority to Operate and contract requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to align with prime contracts.
• Monitor supplier compliance and deliverables; resolve performance issues.
• Advise operations leadership on procurement strategies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
