Job summary

GovCIO is seeking a Senior Subcontracts Administrator (Specialist/Lead) to join our Subcontracts Team. This role is fully remote within the United States and focuses on end-to-end subcontract management for VETS sector programs.

You will negotiate terms, prepare solicitations, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while coordinating with cross-functional leadership to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in full life cycle subcontract management.
• Strong negotiation skills and supplier performance management.
• Knowledge of CPSR policies and procedures.
• Experience with federal subcontracting and related regulations.
• Proficiency with FAR/DFARS and cost analysis.

Responsibilities

• Administer full life cycle subcontract management activities for programs.
• Negotiate NDAs, teaming agreements, and prime/subcontract terms.
• Prepare solicitation packages, evaluate proposals, and perform price analysis.
• Award subcontracts and manage subcontract administration and closeout.
• Ensure compliance with contracts, policies, and regulations.
• Advise operations on procurement issues and strategies.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure timely deliverables.
