Job summary

Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Sr. Manager, Strategic Growth & Proposal to join our team. You will lead end-to-end proposal development, optimize win rates, and partner with Sales and cross-functional teams to strengthen Lumicera’s value proposition.

This role oversees RFP evaluation, project timelines, and continuous improvement of proposal processes, pricing strategies, and manufacturer relationships to expand access and drive growth. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required; advanced degree or PharmD preferred.
• 5+ years of business acumen, proposal development, outbound prospecting strategies, competitive positioning, and win/loss analysis.
• 3+ years of leadership experience delivering results in a professional services environment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and prioritize RFP opportunities and shape pursuit strategies.
• Lead end-to-end development of proposals (RFPs, RFIs, BAFOs, retention).
• Manage proposal timelines, workflows, and deliverables across stakeholders.
• Monitor proposal performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
• Drive proposal process improvements, templates, and content libraries.
• Strengthen manufacturer relationships and optimize pricing strategies in proposals.
• Coach and develop a high-performing proposal team.
• Oversee staffing, onboarding, retention, and knowledge sharing.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
