Job summary

Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Sr. Manager, Strategic Growth & Proposal to lead the end-to-end development of proposals, optimize win rates, and partner with Sales and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

The role includes managing proposal processes, driving continuous improvement, and strengthening manufacturer relationships, with a focus on data-driven decision making and value delivery for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; advanced degree or PharmD preferred.
• 5+ years in business acumen, proposal development, outbound prospecting strategies, competitive positioning, and win/loss analysis.
• 3+ years leading high-performing teams in a professional services environment.
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.
• Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and prioritize RFP opportunities; partner with Sales to shape pursuit strategies.
• Lead end-to-end development of proposals (RFPs, RFIs, BAFOs).
• Manage proposal timelines, workflows, and cross-functional coordination.
• Monitor proposal performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop proposal processes, templates, and content libraries.
• Strengthen manufacturer relationships and optimize pricing strategies.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing proposal team.
• Oversee staffing, onboarding, retention and knowledge sharing.
• Ensure adherence to compliance requirements and standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
