Job summary

Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Sr. Manager, Strategic Growth & Proposal to lead the proposal lifecycle and optimize win rates. You will collaborate with Sales and cross-functional leaders to shape pursuit strategies and deliver client-focused, compliant proposals that convey Lumicera’s value proposition.

You will drive process improvements, manage timelines, and mentor a growing team while strengthening manufacturer relationships and pricing strategies to expand value delivery.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years of business acumen, proposal development, outbound prospecting strategies and win/loss analysis.
• 3+ years of leadership experience delivering results in professional services.
• Compliance program objectives and cooperative interaction with colleagues required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and prioritize RFP opportunities; shape pursuit strategies with Sales for better positioning.
• Lead end-to-end development of proposals (RFPs, RFIs, BAFOs, retention) with high quality deliverables.
• Manage timelines, workflows, and cross-functional coordination for timely submissions.
• Monitor proposal performance metrics and identify trends to improve outcomes.
• Improve proposal processes, templates, content libraries, and standards.
• Strengthen manufacturer relationships and pricing strategies to increase client value.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing proposal team with career planning.
• Oversee staffing, onboarding, retention and project management activities.
• Ensure adherence to compliance, policies, and organizational standards.
