Job summary

Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Sr. Manager, Strategic Growth & Proposal to lead the strategic growth and management of proposals across RFPs and related opportunities.

You will partner with Sales and cross-functional teams to optimize win rates and strengthen Lumicera's value proposition. You will oversee end-to-end proposal development, manage timelines, and analyze performance data to drive improvements and resource allocation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 5+ years of experience in business acumen, proposal development, outbound prospecting strategies, competitive positioning, and win/loss analysis.
• 3+ years of leadership experience delivering results in professional services.
• Participation in and support of compliance program objectives.
• Ability to interact cooperatively with others.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and prioritize RFP opportunities; shape pursuit strategies to enhance positioning and win probability.
• Lead end-to-end development of proposals (RFPs, RFIs, BAFOs, retention efforts) with client-focused, compliant deliverables.
• Manage proposal timelines and cross-functional coordination (clinical, operations, finance, pricing).
• Analyze proposal performance metrics to identify improvements in efficiency and quality.
• Drive continuous improvement of proposal processes, tools, templates, and content libraries.
• Strengthen manufacturer relationships and optimize pricing strategies to expand client value.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing proposal team and manage staffing and knowledge sharing.
• Oversee team operations including staffing, onboarding, retention, and project management activities.
• Ensure adherence to compliance and internal policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
