Job summary

Lumicera Health Services seeks a Sr. Manager, Strategic Growth & Proposal to lead strategic growth and proposal performance. You will oversee end-to-end proposals, manage timelines, and optimize win rates through cross-functional collaboration with sales, clinical, operations, and pricing teams.

You will analyze opportunities, drive process improvements, and develop pricing strategies to expand access and value for Lumicera clients. This role emphasizes leadership and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Advanced degree or PharmD preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in business acumen, proposal development, and win/loss analysis.
• 3+ years of leadership experience delivering results in professional services.
• Commitment to compliance and collaborative teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate RFP opportunities and shape pursuit strategies with sales and leaders.
• Lead end-to-end proposals (RFPs, RFIs, BAFOs) delivering high-quality, client-focused content.
• Manage proposal timelines and cross-functional coordination for timely submissions.
• Monitor proposal performance metrics and drive process improvements.
• Strengthen manufacturer relationships and optimize pricing in proposals.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing proposal team and maintain standards.
