Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Sr. Manager, Strategic Growth & Proposal to lead strategic growth initiatives and manage proposals.

You will oversee end-to-end proposal development, optimize performance metrics, and collaborate with Sales and cross-functional teams to improve win rates and value delivery. You will also drive pricing strategies, expand access, and strengthen manufacturer relationships while building a high-performing team and ensuring compliance with policies.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in business acumen, proposal development, outbound prospecting strategies, competitive positioning, and win/loss analysis.
• 3+ years of leadership experience delivering results in a professional services environment.
• Participation in, adherence to, and support of compliance program objectives.
• Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate and prioritize RFP opportunities; shape pursuit strategies with Sales and leaders.
• Lead end-to-end development of proposals (RFPs, RFIs, BAFOs, retention) delivering high-quality, compliant materials.
• Manage proposal timelines and cross-functional coordination (clinical, operations, finance, pricing).
• Monitor proposal performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
• Drive continuous improvement of proposal processes, tools, templates, and content libraries.
• Strengthen manufacturer relationships and optimize pricing strategies.
• Lead and develop a high-performing proposal team, mentoring and capacity planning.
• Oversee staffing, recruiting, onboarding, retention and knowledge sharing.
• Ensure adherence to compliance and internal policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
