Job summary

Lumicera Health Services seeks a Sr. Manager, Strategic Growth & Proposal to lead end-to-end proposal development and strategic growth initiatives. You will partner with Sales and cross-functional teams to optimize win rates, manage timelines, and ensure high-quality, client-focused deliverables.

The role emphasizes data-driven pricing strategies, proposal optimization, and people leadership to build a high-performing team and scalable processes across Lumicera’s growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required. Advanced degree or PharmD preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in business acumen, proposal development, outbound prospecting strategies, competitive positioning, and win/loss analysis.
• 3+ years of leadership experience delivering results in a professional services environment.
• Participation in, adherence to, and support of compliance program objectives.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate RFP opportunities and shape pursuit strategies with Sales and leadership.
• Lead end-to-end development of proposals (RFPs, RFIs, BAFOs, retention efforts).
• Manage proposal timelines, workflows and deliverables across stakeholders.
• Analyze proposal performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Improve proposal processes, tools, templates and content libraries.
