Job summary

Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Sr. Manager, Strategic Growth & Proposal to lead strategic growth and manage proposals for Lumicera. You will partner with Sales and cross-functional leaders to enhance win rates and competitive positioning across RFP responses.

The role involves end-to-end development of proposals (RFPs, RFIs, BAFOs), managing timelines and deliverables, and analyzing performance metrics to drive continuous improvement in proposal quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business, proposal development, and win/loss analysis.
• 3+ years leading high-performing teams in professional services.
• Experience with outbound prospecting strategies and competitive positioning.
• Commitment to compliance and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to guide strategy and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and prioritize RFP opportunities; shape pursuit strategies with Sales and cross-functional leaders.
• Lead end-to-end development of proposals (RFPs, RFIs, BAFOs, retention) with high-quality, client-focused deliverables.
• Manage proposal timelines, workflows, and stakeholders for timely submissions.
• Monitor proposal performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
• Improve proposal processes, templates, and content libraries; uphold standards and quality controls.
• Strengthen manufacturer relationships and pricing strategies; seek greater discounting and client value.
• Lead and develop a high-performing proposal team; mentor and align resources.
• Oversee staffing, onboarding, retention, knowledge sharing, and project management activities.
• Ensure adherence to compliance and internal policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
