Job summary

Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Sr. Manager, Strategic Growth & Proposal to lead the strategic growth and management of proposals across the organization.

The role focuses on optimizing win rates, shaping pursuit strategies, and strengthening pricing strategies with cross-functional collaboration. The position drives end-to-end proposal development, performance analytics, and continuous improvement of processes and tools, with an emphasis on value delivery for clients and maintaining

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Advanced degree or PharmD preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in business acumen, proposal development, outbound prospecting strategies, competitive positioning, and win/loss analysis.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and prioritize RFP opportunities; shape pursuit strategies with Sales and leaders.
• Lead end-to-end development of proposals (RFPs, RFIs, BAFOs, retention) with high quality, client-focused messaging.
• Manage proposal timelines and deliverables coordinating across clinical, operations, finance, and pricing.
• Analyze proposal performance metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Improve proposal processes, templates, and content libraries with established standards.
