Job summary

Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Sr. Manager, Strategic Growth & Proposal to drive strategic growth and manage high-impact proposals. You will lead end-to-end RFP/RFI processes, align with Sales and cross-functional teams, and optimize win rates and pricing strategies to strengthen Lumicera’s value proposition.

You will shape pursuit strategies, analyze performance metrics, and coach a high-performing team while ensuring compliance and efficient resource use across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Advanced degree or PharmD preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in business acumen, proposal development, outbound prospecting strategies, competitive positioning, and win/loss analysis.
• 3+ years of leadership experience delivering results in professional services.
• Participation in, adherence to, and support of compliance program objectives.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and prioritize RFP opportunities; shape pursuit strategies with Sales and leaders.
• Lead end-to-end proposal development (RFPs, RFIs, BAFOs, retention) with compliant, client-focused deliverables.
• Manage timelines, workflows, and cross-stakeholder coordination with SMEs.
• Monitor proposal performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
• Improve proposal processes, tools, templates, and content libraries; enforce standards.
• Strengthen manufacturer relationships and optimize pricing strategies.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing proposal team; mentor and plan careers.
• Oversee staffing, onboarding, retention, knowledge sharing; support project planning and reporting.
• Ensure adherence to policies and standards; perform other duties as assigned.
