Job summary

Resilience is seeking a Senior Specialist, Technical Evaluation and Proposals to join the Commercial Operations team. You will generate proposals across Biologics, Technology Platforms, and Drug Substance/Product offerings, from budget estimates to binding contracts, aligning with customer needs and timelines.

You will partner with Sales & BD to price programs, work with SMEs globally, and ensure high-quality technical and commercial value in proposals and estimates. Travel ~10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Fundamental understanding of biologics or sterile drug product development.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication.
• Analytical mindset with ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate RFIs/RFPs and develop technical proposal strategies.
• Generate detailed proposals for Biologics and Drug Substance/Product offerings.
• Collaborate with SMEs to revise scope and drive proposal to contract.
• Assist pricing with Sales/BD to ensure profitability.
• Understand contractual terms and craft robust proposals.
• Manage proposal pipeline and timelines.
• Deliver on commitments and manage customer expectations.
• Lead cost and pricing analyses for opportunities.
