Job summary

Resilience is seeking a Senior Specialist, Technical Evaluation and Proposals to join our Commercial Operations team. The role develops technical-fit assessments and robust proposals across Biologics, Technology Platforms, and Drug Substance/Drug Product offerings, collaborating with Sales and BD to align pricing and timelines.

You will partner with SMEs globally, use costing and timeline tools, and drive proposals from pre-proposal through contract signing, ensuring profitability and strong

Qualifications

• Biologics and/or sterile drug product manufacturing knowledge.
• Strong attention to detail with organizational and time management skills.
• Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
• Analytical skills are essential.
• Ability to work in a matrix-team environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% and work non-standard hours.
• Proficiency in MS Word/Project/Excel/PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate RFIs/RFPs to understand customer needs and shape proposal strategy.
• Generate detailed proposals for Biologics, Technologies, Process & Analytical Development, and GMP manufacturing.
• Revise scope with SMEs and drive from proposal to contract signature.
• Determine pricing with Sales/Commercial Development to ensure profitability.
• Understand contractual terms and showcase strong proposal development.
• Proactively manage proposal pipeline and development processes.
• Deliver on commitments and manage customer expectations.
• Assist with costing and pricing analysis for opportunities.
