Job summary

Resilience is seeking a Senior Specialist, Technical Evaluation and Proposals to join the Commercial Operations team. You will generate proposals across Biologics, Technology Platforms, and Drug Product offerings, collaborating with Sales & BD to deliver technically robust and commercially compelling opportunities.

You will work with SMEs across global sites to ensure accurate costings, timelines, and realistic scoping, while guiding the project from pre-proposal through to binding contracts and

Qualifications

• Understanding of biologics and drug development lifecycle.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel (10%) and work non-standard hours.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate RFIs/RFPs and develop appropriate proposal strategy.
• Generate detailed proposals for Biologics and Drug Product offerings.
• Support scope revisions with SMEs and drive proposals to contract signature.
• Determine profitable program pricing with Sales & Business Management.
