Job summary

Resilience is seeking a Senior Specialist, Technical Evaluation and Proposals to join our Commercial Operations team. You will craft technical and commercial proposals across Biologics, Drug Substance and Drug Product offerings, translating customer needs into robust project scopes and pricing.

You will partner with Sales, BD and SMEs across sites worldwide to ensure accurate costings, timelines and compliant contracts while maintaining a high standard of quality and customer focus.

Qualifications

• Understanding of biologics and/or sterile drug product manufacturing and development lifecycle.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Analytical and multi-tasking abilities.
• Ability to work in a matrix-team environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% and work non-standard hours.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate RFI/RFPs with customers to shape proposal strategy.
• Generate detailed proposals for Biologics and Drug Substance/Product offerings.
• Support scope revisions with SMEs and drive proposals to contract.
• Collaborate with Sales & Commercial Development on pricing for profitability.
• Incorporate contractual terms and develop high-quality proposals.
• Manage proposal pipeline and critical development processes.
• Deliver on commitments and manage customer expectations.
• Assist with costing and pricing analysis for opportunities funnel.
